AST CLA 1000mg

CLA inhibits the body's mechanism for storing fat and helps promote the body's utilization of fat reserves for energy. In controlled studies, animals that had their diets supplemented with CLA increased their body protein (muscle tissue) and at the same time had a significant decrease in body fat.
